Last year, Tyler reached out to me and asked if I would photograph his marriage proposal at Brant Point Lighthouse. He was planning to ask the love of his life to marry him and he wanted me to capture the moment. I found a spot to hide and waited for them to arrive. It was a beautiful, foggy night at the lighthouse as I watched them walk up and head towards the lighthouse. He stopped her, went down on one knee and I started shooting. Kaitlyn was completely surprised as tears rolled down her face. It was such a beautiful moment! I felt so lucky to be there to capture it. We took some photos after around Brant Point and I said goodbye to let them enjoy everything that had just happened.
Fast forward a year and we were meeting again – this time for their engagement photos! We met in Sconset and walked through town stopping at some of my favorite spots. After our stroll through Sconset, we headed over to the Sankaty Lighthouse. The fog was rolling in but not enough to completely hide the lighthouse. We finished their photos and chatted about their wedding day which will be taking place next year. We are beyond excited to be their wedding photographers and we are so excited to capture their big day! It’s been such a pleasure capturing these memories for them, and we can’t wait for more! Here are a few highlights from our night in Sconset!
