Caroline and Adam’s Nantucket Engagement

Caroline and Adam are engaged! They will be getting married here on island in September of 2021. It was an absolute pleasure meeting them for their engagement session, which was one of the most romantic sessions to date! It was truly something right out of a book, and that is fitting because we started in a bookstore! Caroline and Adam wanted to take photos in a spot that they felt comfortable in and since they both love books, it was just perfect to begin our photos at Mitchell’s Book Corner. To make it even more special, Caroline chose the bookstore that she visited as a child. She bought a set of four books and got them signed by the author. She brought those same books with her and the couple read from them in the corner of the store she visited all those years ago. Too sweet!

After strolling around Main Street, we headed out to Sconset where Caroline changed into a lovely baby blue dress that moved and twirled perfectly. Once again, I felt like I was in a real life book or movie. We ended the night on the beach with the moon rising above the water.   A beautiful, romantic Nantucket engagement session and one that I’ll never forget. Caroline, Adam and I got to know each other, laughed a lot and I cannot wait to see them again for their wedding next year! Cheers to the happy couple!
