Kirsty & Damian’s Nantucket Elopement

Kirsty contacted me to photograph her Nantucket Elopement. Her finance Damien and her were flying in to Nantucket from Manchester, UK to get married! I met them at the Greydon House and we headed out to Sconset for the first portion of our session.  On our way I got to hear the story of how they ended up on Nantucket…A google search! They wanted to find a romantic place where they could get married in a Catholic church and alas, they found Nantucket after an online search! They had never been to the island before and decided it would be romantic and exciting to book their tickets and make an adventure out of it. They were married just the two of them at St. Mary’s Church with one witness and wanted to explore the island and take some photos to remember their time here. We had an absolutely spectacular night traveling around the island as they shared laughs, unforgettable moments and at the end popped a bottle of champagne as they watched the sun set on Steps Beach. Kirsty looked like a princess in her elegant wedding dress. The back was my favorite part! It was such a special day meeting this sweet couple and I felt truly honored to be there to capture these memories for them. Cheers to Kirsty & Damien! Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness!
