Stephanie & Richard’s Seaside Nantucket Elopement

Samantha and Richard were married at Quidnet Beach on a beautiful Spring day! They both work in and around the ocean so there was no better backdrop for the happy couple as they said “I DO” in front of their closest friends and family. Richard’s family had flown in all the way from England to be there for the big day. One of my favorite parts of the afternoon was when Richard’s sisters released bags of dried flowers on the bride and groom while everyone was celebrating and toasting with champagne! Truly a special moment!  The couple rented a big house for the family to stay and celebrate throughout the week. They were married on the beach and then headed back to the house for a lovely dinner. We were there to capture a few shots at the house, the ceremony and a few portraits after. It was the perfect afternoon for such a sweet couple. Fun fact for you! You can see Richard in the Netflix documentary Chasing Coral! We stumbled upon it a few nights after their wedding – it was an amazing film and a must see.
