Field & Chapin’s Nantucket Engagement

Field reached out to us about a year ago to take some Nantucket Engagement photos for him and Chapin, his gorgeous bride-to-be. Jon was “fan-girling” pretty hard because he knew Field from ESPN as a sports reporter. We decided on a date and met on a perfect June evening. Chapin looked absolutely stunning in a floral dress as we made our way through the tiny town of Sconset. After a few photos on the bridge and down by the water, we headed to Sankaty Lighthouse for our next stop and then over to town for some shots by the iconic Compass Rose and docks. It was such a perfect evening and I couldn’t help but appreciate their perfect color combinations for each location!

Back in 2015, Chapin and Field were setup by their Mothers – nice job Moms! Their love story includes many adventures, cookouts on their rooftop deck in Boston, ski trips, Nantucket nights, lots of tasty craft beers and a very memorable weekend at Vail when Field proposed to Chapin on a trail as they made their way down the mountain. She said “YES!” and the couple celebrated with friends and family. It’s been such an absolute pleasure meeting, chatting and planning with this sweet couple since they first reached out. We just can’t wait to photograph their wedding this coming June here on the island! Cheers to Chapin & Field!
