Nantucket Engagement | Maddy & Tommy | Madaket

Maddy & Tommy are getting married here on Nantucket next year and we are so excited to be their photographers! We met on a gorgeous summer evening for some engagement photos and I might say this a lot, but it truly was a magical night. The light was perfect. The temperature was ideal and we had so much fun getting to know each other! We were able to get in a few spots within our two hours together. I love when our clients choose a location that’s special to them and that’s exactly what Maddy & Tommy did. We started at their house and took some photos on the front porch before heading over to Brant Point Lighthouse. Talk about golden hour! After a few shots at the lighthouse, we headed over to the Madaket Bridge and finished with some beach shots. Maddy’s outfit choices complemented the light and backdrops perfectly! It was as if she knew what color the sky was going to be when she decided what to wear! I love that she mixed it up with something casual and something a little more dressy and fun. I always encourage bringing more than one outfit! At the end of the session Tommy picked up Maddy and a wave came crashing over them – it was epic and the perfect ending to an amazing night! I dropped them off at Millie’s for dinner after the session, the spot where they had their first date! June 5th couldn’t come soon enough! We can’t wait to celebrate with you guys!
